Give your green smoothie a morning off and try this creamy peach blend. The Greek yoghurt is packed full of protein and healthy fats that help prevent blood sugar spikes from the fruit sugar.
Ingredients
-1/2 Cup of Greek Yogurt
-1/2 Cup of Peaches, Frozen
-1/2 Banana
-1 Tablespoon of Sesame Seeds
-1 cup of Coconut Milk or Unsweetend Vanilla Almond Milk
-2 Ice Cubes
Method
Just add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
