1. Energy shot: Crystal Clear

The combination of these memory and concentration-boosting herbs will help your morning brain fog clear and leave you feeling like you can take on the world!

Ingredients:

¼ pineapple

2 beetroots

2 stalks of celery

6 radishes

1 tsp rosemary leaves

1 tsp thyme leaves

6 sage leaves

Method:

Peel the pineapple and then pass with all the other ingredients through the juicer. Wrap the rosemary and thyme into the sage leaves, otherwise they’ll get lost in your juicer.

2. Cleanse & revitalise: Clean & Strengthen

 

The B vitamins in the greens detoxify the body and are great for glossy skin and hair. Picture perfect skin is boosted by the oranges, which are high in vitamin C and essential for collagen repair, while the vitamin A in the carrots helps strengthen the skin tissue.

Ingredients:

Small handful of coriander

Handful of kale watercress

2 carrots

Juice of 2 oranges

Method:

Pass all the ingredients through the juicer. Juice the oranges by using a citrus press or squeezing by hand.

3. Post work-out: Rainbow juice

 

This is multi-vitamins in one glass! This recipe contains all the colours of the rainbow, so you’re getting a whole spectrum of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, necessary to heal and repair the body. The live enzymes in the blue green algae and the B12 will leave you feeling totally regenerated after that yoga class!

Ingredients:

½ beetroot

1 carrot

Handful of spinach

5 strawberries

10 blueberries

Juice of ½ lemon

2 tsp blue green algae

Method:

Pass all the ingredients, except the blue green algae, through the juicer. Juice the lemon either through the juicer, by using a citrus press or squeezing by hand. Stir in the blue green algae at the end.
