Whether you don’t drink or just fancy a night off, this festive mocktail recipe makes a sophisticated stand-in for the real McCoy. It contains red wine vinegar, which provides powerful antioxidants believed to support skin and heart health. Plus, it’s topped with kombucha, a probiotic-rich drink which delivers beneficial bacteria to your gut. Garnished with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary, it’s the perfect teetotal tipple for a Christmas get-together.

You’ll need
A glass tumbler
A cocktail shaker
A muddler
Ice
Ingredients
3 strawberries
1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
25ml apple juice
50ml Nexba Mixed Berry Kombucha
To garnish
Handful cranberries
Sprig rosemary
1 Chill a tumbler glass in the freezer. Meanwhile, muddle the strawberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar and enough ice to fill half the shaker.
2 Shake everything together well, remove your tumbler from the freezer, pop some ice cubes inside and pour the contents of the shaker into the glass. Top it up with the apple juice and Nexba Mixed Berry Kombucha and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a handful of cranberries, to serve.
